Founders Award Committee Responsibilities
To quantify member involvement and participation by utilization of a point system. The Follmer, Reeves, and Muncie Founder's Awards are part of a merit-rating plan in which specific activities performed by Chapter members are assigned differing point values. Upon accumulation of the required point totals for each of the awards, a personalized, inscribed plaque is presented to a Chapter member at a special chapter meeting. Typically, this is the Annual Institute held each fall in Monterey.
To accurately record each member's earned points based upon attendance at educational programs and performing chapter services such as serving as an officer, director, committee chairperson, or committee member.
