Managed Care Forum Responsibilities
The Managed Care Committee is comprised of individuals with a shared interest in HMOs, PPOs, and networks of Providers, including physicians, hospitals, and ancillary services. This committee's responsibilities are as follows:
To provide opportunities for professional development and growth, including peer interaction, for the diverse Chapter membership.
To plan the content and speakers for HFMA's Fall Managed Care Conference.
To communicate information within the committee as well as the Chapter as a whole.
To encourage active participation and promote membership to HFMA.
