Peter Hugenroth is the Regional Healthcare Segment Leader for Trane in Northern California and Nevada where he helps hospitals increase net revenue by focusing on reducing operating costs, particularly through co-generation, good engineering practices, and life-cycle analysis of the mechanical infrastructure. Although new to HFMA, Peter has fifteen years of leadership experience in not-for-profit and professional organizations, including Active 20-30 Club, ASHRAE, CSHE, and St. John’s Shelter Program. Prior to his twelve years at Trane, Peter was the principal engineer for a mechanical contracting company.
