Cindy Rudow has seventeen years of experience in the Patient Financial Services (PFS) Department. Her first position in healthcare management was in 1990 as the Assistant Patient Accounting Manager for St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, Missouri. Cindy relocated to California with her family in 1993 and worked for twelve years in the PFS Department for John Muir Health System in Walnut Creek. She is currently the Director of PFS for ValleyCare Health System in Livermore. Cindy is an active member of the Northern California Chapter of HFMA and on the 2008 Region 11 Healthcare Symposium Committee. She received her B.S. from the University of Illinois.
